***UPDATE FOR 2021 HOLIDAY SEASON***

The 2021 shipping season is set to break records. We are doing everything we can to fill orders in time. Please place your orders as soon as possible and no later than 12/15/2021 for Ground Shipping and 12/20/21 for 2-Day Priority so they can arrive by Dec. 25th.

The only guarantee we can make is that your package will be shipped on time based on the dates above.  We are relying on our partners to get the packages to you.  As conditions change, we may have to change our date, so please order ASAP so that your holiday season is a great one.

We are here to make your experience with us safe and supported.  Any information that we collect will remain strictly confidential and will not be sold or disclosed to anyone.  The information that we collect will only be used to contact or identify you in our system.

We absolutely do not store any credit card or payment information.  If you have any questions about our privacy policy, feel free to contact us!

 

Shipping Policy

Estimated Delivery Times

  1. Delivery times are defined as “order processing + shipping time”.  Not all orders will ship the day they are ordered. 
  2. Shipping days are weekdays only (not including holidays).  All orders entered on weekend days will be processed the following business day, assuming inventory is available. 

Standard – 5–7 Business Days;  $4.00, plus $1 for each additional item

Priority – 2–3 Business Days; $8.00, plus $1 for each additional item

Poster Maps – 5–7 Business Days; Standard or Priority, plus $8 handling charge.

Nealy Maps

  1. Due to the packaging requirements of our rolled poster-sized maps, shipping costs will have an $8 handling fee added to the order.  Maps are shipped in heavy duty cardboard tubes for protection.  
  2. This does not include our folded map series. 

Damaged Items/Returns

  1. Any damage or return requests must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.  
  2. If packages arrive with damaged items, email orders@adventurewithkeen.com.  Include the details of what was damaged and any information available (a picture of the issue would be great, if possible).  We will communicate back to you ASAP about when to expect the replacement item.    
  3. If an item needs to be returned, contact natalie@adventurewithkeen.com.  We will look into the issue and communicate back how to return the item and when to expect your refund. Refunds on credit cards can take 5-7 days to appear back on the card. 

International Shipping 

  1. At this time, we are not able to accommodate international shipping.
