Very disappointed. The cover makes one think there would be colored pictures in the book but it’s all black and white. Also the print is very faint, and very small font, making it difficult to read. I probably won’t use it at all.

Hi Pam,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were surprised by the lack of color pages in the book. Our Day & Section Hikes series is black and white and smaller to help keep costs down as well as offering a lower pack weight.
We supply interior shots for every book on our site to offer as much transparency as possible to aid in purchasing decisions.
Though the pictures are not in color, the details in the book are beneficial for planning your hike.
We do offer larger full-color books for the PCT. The Oregon book is authored by Jordan Summers and is available in this same shop.
